More Information

Morgenster Sauvignon Blanc 2018 is one of the Estate’s first single
varietal wines to be rebranded under new labelling.
Cellar master Henry Kotzé has crafted this wine to suit a wide range of
tastes and occasions, with the focus being enjoyment. By picking the
grapes a bit riper he has avoided an overly-used, green, onedimensional
profile often associated with the variety, instead offering
a range of tropical flavours.
As the Estate’s Sauvignon Blanc vineyards are not producing yet, this
vintage has been made from bought in grapes.
