Morgenster Sauvignon Blanc 2018 is one of the Estate’s first single
varietal wines to be rebranded under new labelling.
Cellar master Henry Kotzé has crafted this wine to suit a wide range of
tastes and occasions, with the focus being enjoyment. By picking the
grapes a bit riper he has avoided an overly-used, green, onedimensional
profile often associated with the variety, instead offering
a range of tropical flavours.
